This Champagne look-a-like is a blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo-grapes. The wine has a nice soft mousse, aromas of peach and apricot, accompanied by a great freshness. Very good as aperitif, a toast to good times and as an accompanist of virtually all meals and dishes. Drink: now
